These pellets burn so consistently hot in my Fyra that I barely have to fiddle with the hopper between pizzas. The oak gives a clean flavor with almost no ash to sweep out afterward, which makes cleanup a breeze.

These pellets burn so hot and clean that my Fyra hit stone-scorching temp in minutes, and a 20lb bag lasted me through a solid month of weekly pizza nights. The oak gives a nice subtle flavor to the crust, too. Only wish they’d come in a resealable bag, but that’s minor.
