Ooni Karu 12 與 Karu 2 專用烘焙石

My first stone got deep scratches from sliding pizzas in, but this replacement seats perfectly flush in the Karu 12 and has held up through a dozen bakes already. The surface is smooth enough that dough doesn't stick, and I love that it's a genuine spare made for this exact oven.

My old stone was cracked and smoking up the kitchen, this replacement dropped right into the Karu 12 and heats up just as evenly as day one. The thickness feels identical to the original, so no surprise in cook times either.
